March was a whirlwind of a month, but not because anything particularly exciting happened. It was just crazy busy. Two major things that happened were: Brandon got a promotion to Dean next year and he also broke his nose. Clearly the former being much more exciting. He applied for the position in February and found out mid-March that he got it. It doesn't start until next school year, but it's still a pretty big deal now :) Now on to the not as good thing.... While coaching basketball (side note: he got asked to coach the ESF All-Star team, so he was practicing with them in March) he got elbowed in the face by a student. He didn't really think anything of it, because it didn't bleed and it didn't hurt that much. But a few days later it still was a little swollen (we later found out that swollen=broken) and couldn't breathe very well, so he went to the doctor. Two doctors later, he realized it was broken and needed surgery. So he was out of school for a week. It was all over in a week, so that was good, but it was a pretty awful experience for him. Everything went as well as it could have, but he said it was still the most painful thing he ever went through.
